Following the successful introduction of ‘Care Line Live’, our fab new rostering system throughout our Choices Rotherham and Sheffield service. last Autumn (it’s the system we already use at ‘Care With Choices’ too), we’ve now introduced this fab new digital solution to the remainder of our Choices services in and around the Kirklees areas…
‘Care Line Live’ allows easier access to service user information, through it’s App and notes can be keyed directly, without the need for journal sheets. This reduces the amount of paperwork which needs to be kept in our service user’s homes and information can be found and identified more quickly, supporting us to continue delivering a safe and efficient service to all of our service users.
We’ve had some great feedback from staff so far and truly believe that this user friendly, technology based approach, will support us to continue delivering a service to be proud of!
Care Line Live will be introduced to more of our services soon and we’re really looking forward to introducing it to our TLC service in Barnsley from next month!
