- Person centred care
- Health and safety
- Food hygiene
- First aid
- Personal care
- Dementia and Alzehmiers
- Fire safety
- Equality, diversity and human rights
We ask that all of our care workers have the following:
- A good level of written and spoken English
- The right to work in the EU
- Possess good cooking skills
- Own a smartphone (so that you are able to access our app)
- Be over 18 (for insurance purposes)
- Experience in care or nursing helps but we also look at personal qualities such as initiative, reliability, flexibility, patience and compassion
